This project is located in South Central Austin and includes a finished concrete wall, with welded steel gates. There is also a horizontal Western Red Cedar privacy fence that encloses the back of the property. The custom steel-framed slide gate in the front of the property uses a Lift master motor and is solar-powered. The gate is controlled with a keypad entry or remote control entry and equipped with a sensor for an automatic exit.
