This was a unique job that we completed in Westlake utilizing custom made walk gates. The gates were fabricated off site to specs and installed with precision once completed. Our client wanted security with style, so we went with a Trilogy lock, offering the ability to open with a key, or access with a keyless keypad entry. The gate frames were made from 2”x2” galvanized powder coated metal and skinned with ¾” western red cedar, ultimately making this gate not only secure and sound, but easy to access and appealing to the eye. The remainder of the fence is horizontal 1x6x6 with Postmaster post set at 6ft on center with a 2x6 western red cedar cap. This post is great because if gives you the strength and longevity of steel, but is designed to be concealed by wood.
